Circundando o fol\u00edculo dent\u00e1rios h\u00e1 presen\u00e7a do <strong>processo alveolar <\/strong> (branco). A <strong>al\u00e7a cervical<\/strong> (marrom claro) \u00e9 constitu\u00edda pelo epit\u00e9lio interno e externo do \u00f3rg\u00e3o do esmalte, essa estrutura  prolifera em sentido apical guiando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de raiz.
